The Town of Long View is proud to Announce that Finance Director Melissa Lalonde has been unanimously appointed as Interim Town Manager, Effective July 1, 2026.

Exciting news for Long View residents! Beginning November 1st, you’ll be able to pick up library books, audiobooks, and movies right at Long View Town Hall. This new service is made possible through a partnership with the Catawba County Library System and the Town of Long View, bringing more convenient access to library materials for the Long View community.
